Moller-Young supply sturdy seal presses in three popular sizes, and our craftsmen engrave top quality embossing dies for legal, financial, religious, local government and corporate document seals.
We prepare the die design based on your requirements, then hand engrave the seal dies before fitting to the appropriate seal press.
When ordering, you'll need to specify whether you'll be embossing at the top or the bottom of the page, so we can fit the die to meet your requirements.
Embossing seal die sets are priced according to size and complexity, please ask our customer service staff for a quotation based on your specific requirements.
DIRECTIONS FOR EMBOSSING 1. If using vinyl seals, peel the backing off the seal and press it carefully onto the document. 2. Moistening the back of the document with a damp sponge (ONLY within the area of the vinyl seal) will improve the embossing, require less pressure, and make the impression more permanent. 3. Place the seal between the dies. Make sure that you have the paper correctly orientated to the direction of the seal. 4. For best effect, press and hold for a few seconds to give the embossing time to set. Use a firm grip, but don't overload the press.

IF THE EMBOSSED IMPRESSION IS NOT UP TO STANDARD: 1. Paper is too thick or too hard 2. Damaged dies 3. Dies loose in the press 4. Press guides worn We recommend returning the press immediately if you're experiencing problems, as the cause is not always obvious to the user and further use can make it worse.
